I have some questions about how use Free 7 Blog Style template.... also free-7.net style template

I think the problems are just about change navigation menu and make readmore menu , or if you have some questions about it's , please leave your comments here..

How change navigation menus...
The menus are : Home - Link1 , Link2, Link3, Link4....etc , like an image below...
1- First, login to your blogger dashboard , Choose your blog , then click - Edit HTML , on the box code, scroll down and find the code below:

Many of you says that the blogger/blogspot is realy bad for SEO , it's sure...?.
..hehe.. Don't too much blamed the blogspot on the lack of your knowledge about se0 . 1n the fact that Blogger is a free service that was a powerful tool and feature to suport the online business and for sharing anything.
If we were more creative, then we could make the bl0gsp0t be seo friendly and comparable with the other web machines.
